NNN REIT is Launched
Established with a focus on investing in single-tenant, net lease commercial properties across the U.S. Between May 14, 2015 and September 20, 2019 NNN REIT created a portfolio with $450 million of Assets Under Management.
Modiv is out to challenge industry norms and create better ways to invest in commercial real estate and real estate-related investments. Sophisticated investors understand the value of owning real estate investments in a truly diversified portfolio. Our innovative investment platform makes it easy for individuals to invest in the kind of commercial properties that institutional investors seek out. But we’re not just making it easier. We’re making it better. And we’re doing it like it’s never been done before by offering investments that are designed for investors — not investment managers.”

We see opportunities everywhere — and we seize them.
Investors are at the center of every decision we make.
Ownership is powerful — and more investors should experience it.
Modiv is a pioneer in the direct-to-consumer commercial real estate product industry having created one of the largest public non-listed REITs to be raised via crowdfunding technology.
We believe that the real estate industry can — and should — do better for investors. For too long, individual investors were unable to access traditional commercial real estate. Those who did, were largely at the mercy of investment vehicles that were designed to benefit the sponsor — not the investor.
We’re working tirelessly to realize a mission that serves investors before industry and responsibly increases access to commercial real estate for hard-working people. We’re poised for growth and unafraid to innovate. Our goal is for Modiv’s resilient portfolio strategy to provide durable income across market cycles and keep pushing toward what’s next, no matter what’s happening now.
We are Modiv, a reimagined real estate investment company helmed by a team that has the benefit of hundreds of years of real estate experience as well as the talent and tenacity to take on an entire industry and change it for the better.”
Our team of real estate professionals ensures our investors are the heart of each and every action we take because it’s the right thing to do for our investors and our business alike.
